Manufacture process
LSD-Ball is a ceramic product made by molding plant silica and dozens of natural minerals and firing them at a high temperature of 1350 degrees, and our scale doctor ball is produced through a special manufacturing process.

Scale Prevention and Removal
· Prevention : Ca2+ + 2e- → Ca (Stabilized in particulate form)
Ionic Ca2+, Mg2+, etc. react with the anion electrons of LSD-Ball and stabilize in the form of solid particles.
· Removal : CaCO3 + CO2 + H2O à Ca(HCO3)2
Free carbon dioxide causes the scale on the inner wall of the pipe to flow down as calcium bicarbonate.

Corrosion Prevention
and Removal
· Prevention : LSD à LSD+ +e- (iron oxidation inhibition)
Oxidation (corrosion) does not occur because the iron is not ionized by constantly emitting electrons from the
LSD-Ball to block the electron emission from iron.
· Removal : H2O2 + Fe2+ → +FeO + H2O
FeO + Fe2O3 → Fe3O4 (Magnetite coating phenomenon)
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) generated by the change of water molecules by LSD-Ball forms an iron ore film

Slime Prevention
and Removal
· Silver nanoparticles containing LSD-Ball adsorb to the cell wall of microorganisms and then enter the cytoplasm while destroying the cell wall and are deposited. And due to the destroyed cell wall, the microorganisms are
inactivated by releasing the intracellular components out of the cell.
· It inactivates microorganisms by directly reacting with the cytoplasmic membrane to release K+ ions from the
cytoplasmic membrane.
· Among the intracellular components, it has the property of reacting better with DNA than with phosphate
groups, so it reacts with DNA and inhibits cell division.

· The LSD-Ball continuously emits anions to decompose organic chemicals and decompose into stable water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), and oxygen (O2).
